We understand that the Telegram e-commerce store was removed due to low usage and complexity in upgrading. While we appreciate the WhatsApp e-commerce catalog alternative, the functionality and user base of Telegram are crucial for our operations. One of the reasons we subscribed to BotSailer was for the Telegram e-commerce feature, which was removed without informing us. To compensate, we request the implementation of the Telegram Bot Payments API within the BotSailer platform.

Here is Telegram Bot Payment API URL
core.telegram.org/bots/payments

Key Benefits:

1. Seamless User Experience: Enable transactions directly within Telegram without leaving the app.
2. Increased Functionality: Support e-commerce, subscriptions, and service payments.
3. Security: Ensure secure handling of payment data.
4. Flexibility: Support multiple payment providers.

Additional Context:

ManyChat, a competitor, has implemented Telegram Bot Payments with a "Buy Button" component, allowing users to:

- Integrate with payment providers like Stripe.
- Display product details and accept payments via a Buy Button.
- The Telegram Bot Payments API allows developers to create bots that can send invoice messages with a "Pay" button, enabling users to make purchases directly within the Telegram app
- Open a webview for payment information.
- Access analytics and order history.

Implementing Telegram bot payments will enhance our platform’s value and keep us competitive.

Thank you for your consideration.
