1) Please enhance the checkout in the below format. I did this using botsailor webhook feature, I think it will be easily for you guys to change to this format. Its looks more professional and also modify the check out link URL as custom short link. Try to explore short.io which provides a free API with custom domain to short link we can have this integration in Botsailor, this will be useful.
2) Add the retalier ID to the WhatsApp webhook as well. In India, WhatsApp added the InPayment option to the catalog, where you can pay in WhatsApp directly, so in order to do those integrations, this retailerID is very important.
3) Provide external API to update the order status in the e-commerce catalog, if we take paymnet from external option
