#2383-Need Feature: Business Off-Hour Chatbot Flow Setup

Currently, we can set our business “Off-Hour” timing, but there is no option to build a dedicated Off-Hour Chatbot Flow.

We need a system where:

• When customers message outside business hours
• Trigger a custom message flow or chatbot

We've been waiting for this feature for a long time; customers have been asking for it.

This will be very help full already requested and explain in separate thread but no response so far

We are considering introducing a Business Off-Hours Bot feature. This will allow you to configure a bot that operates exclusively during non-business hours.

We have listened to your request and successfully implemented the feature. You can now assign a dedicated bot for business off-hours.

To use this feature, go to Business Hour Settings, enable the Business Off-Hour Bot, and select your preferred bot for handling messages during off-hours.

Hi  Kamrul Hasan thanks for responding need some clarification if i want to set the "Out of working hours bot" where should i choose it. As i can understand "Enable Special bot" will work during the working hours which will select under the "Select Bot flow" but how to set the "Out of working hours bot"
