We are facing a repeated issue as a reseller:
When Meta fails to process payment, the WhatsApp Business API number gets disabled — but there is no alert or status update shown in Mbiaat for us or the client. Customers only discover the problem when messages stop sending, which affects trust and support workload.
We urgently need:
- Clear status in dashboard when a number is disabled due to payment
- Automatic notification to client and reseller
- Any visible indicator/log for billing-related suspension
This is critical for maintaining smooth service and customer satisfaction. Please prioritize a solution as soon as possible.
