We would like to request a Webhook Configuration feature for Message Delivery Status updates.
Currently, you have provided an API to fetch message delivery status, but it is not feasible to call the API repeatedly for every single message in order to track delivery updates. This approach increases unnecessary API calls, impacts performance, and makes real-time tracking difficult from our end.
It would be extremely helpful if the platform could send delivery status updates through a webhook whenever any message activity occurs, such as:
- Message Sent
- Delivered
- Read
- Failed
- Replied
- Any other status updates
With webhook-based real-time notifications, we can:
- Track message statuses instantly
- Reduce continuous API polling
- Improve system performance and efficiency
- Provide better real-time updates to users
- Maintain proper message logs and automation workflows
We kindly request you to provide webhook support for message delivery status updates or share if there is any existing configuration available for the same.
