#2263-Pausing AI assistant in specific cases

I want to request the function of pause AI system, Currently when you pause the bot everything stops. In certain cases, it is necessary to pause the AI assistant but continue to send interactive streams and buttons. Which stop, interrupting important systems in businesses that depend on it.
They could add to the signature system or enter the agent chat, which allows you to select whether when entering the chat pause the entire bot or just the bots, or only the assistan, to have more control.

Yes this is must required previously for same thread was created but now a days BS team only answer post they are working.. their response is too delay now a days.

So in short, you are asking a option to keep enable bot and but stop AI reply when agent assigned ? Or vice versa or preferred settings ?
Okay, Currently we have bot reply paused option right now. We will add another option for AI assistant there.

Exactly. The idea is to be able to choose whether I want to pause the AI or bot responses, or maybe both, when I enter the chat.

We have provided option to enable disable Bot Reply and AI Agent Reply in Signature Message settings.

When you pause only the assistant, there is no notice like with botreply. (Bot Reply is currently Paused)A wizard pause button is required in the action chat. (Bot response on pause)Opción: Bot Replies While Agent on Mobile App It keeps pausing everything, it doesn't allow you to choose. (Consider)With these last details it will be perfect.
