Hello team,


As resellers, we want to automate things as much as we can.


Same, I wish we could do something to support.


As we grow, our support tickets are rising. Since, as resellers, we focus more on sales rather than product development, I think if you can build a process where resellers can have a ticket support system.


Whenever our client raises a support ticket, it gets forwarded to BotSailor team.


AS Resellers: I am personally ok to buy a support subscription. For example, if we refer 100 client tickets per month, we can pay a support license fee of $99/month. [ JUST AN EXAMPLE ]


It will be a win-win for both parties.
