A customer has requested the following functionality for the chatbot (non-AI):


When a user sends an image, the chatbot should automatically reply with a message such as "I can't read images".When a user sends a voice note, the chatbot should automatically reply with a message such as "I can't hear voice notes".


This would allow the chatbot to properly handle different message types, even without AI.


In addition, we are aware that your team has already developed AI recognition for images and voice notes, but it has not yet been released. We kindly ask you to make this available to everyone, as it is an essential feature to stand out from the competition.


Your business model should remain focused on selling more message credits, and releasing this functionality would directly help increase usage and sales.
