The suggestion is to include a feature where artificial intelligence can automatically build a customer service flow based on the information provided, such as funnel objectives, product/service data, and audience profile.
This feature would significantly optimize the time it takes to create and configure flows, especially for less experienced users or those with high personalization demands. AI-powered automation can interpret and organize the data, suggesting logical structures, questions, triggers, and ideal responses.
This would be huge and a game-changer. Please consider this and indicate whether it's possible or not.
Yes, if the AI can decide what message to send and what buttons to add in the Message, whether to send interactive message or CTA message or call any API to get information and show to customer, or to decide if any label needs to be assigned and if any value needs to be saved in custom field.
