Why does the website chatbot consume credits, even though we’ve already paid for it as an add-on?
If we’re paying a monthly fee for this feature, it shouldn’t also deduct from our credit balance. Either the chatbot should be included free with credit consumption, or it should be covered fully under the add-on without consuming credits. As it stands, it feels like we’re being unfairly charged twice — once through the subscription and again through credits.
We've already paid for a lifetime plan but still we're paying twice for a feature? This is totally unprofessional
You guys think that you're earning more by doing this ? But let me tell you that 50-70% of Resellers aren't using it just because they don't want to pay twice for one feature.
Also let me tell you that if you charge only credits then every reseller will allow their users to use this and then every reseller will need to buy more credits from you only.
I don't know who's managing your sales decisions but trust me you need someone who can create better strategies

Yes, I am not using this feature because it consumes credits, involves subscription charges, and also has a lifetime cost. I request you to reconsider the credit system as well as the dual pricing model.
Yes, if you make it all users to use within plan then it will be really good and users will use it with more credits , so your income will be increase

We are currently evaluating the possibility of making the webchat free for PPU sellers while charging only for message credits. Regarding our message credit system, each message sent does consume one credit, And the delivery status updates from the webhook consume credits.
