Reseller-Based Email Registration Filtering

We are currently experiencing an issue where, if a user registers their email under one reseller and then attempts to register again under a different reseller (or directly through BotSailor), the system displays an error stating that the email is already registered. We would like to know if it's possible to implement a filter that checks the email address in the context of the specific reseller. That way, the system would only show the "email already registered" message if the same email was used under the same reseller. This would allow each reseller to manage their own user base independently, avoiding conflicts when users register through different channels.
