We are currently experiencing an issue where, if a user registers their email under one reseller and then attempts to register again under a different reseller (or directly through BotSailor), the system displays an error stating that the email is already registered. We would like to know if it's possible to implement a filter that checks the email address in the context of the specific reseller. That way, the system would only show the "email already registered" message if the same email was used under the same reseller. This would allow each reseller to manage their own user base independently, avoiding conflicts when users register through different channels.

What happen if user don't have access to an email but still want to migrate?

i have one case user signedup using temp email connected 4 WABA for testing now no access to email and want to move from one provider to with me.

pls help thanks

In pop up itself it clearly says reseller, dont use this world we are marketing differently so remove that and ask just migration.

It need to show your email is already registered on our platform but you need to submit your otp for set new password ( not showing marge reseller ) its showing more professional otherwise client will know we are a reseller :)

New user sign-up has been turned off. Please contact your service provider.


Error shows during migration even i noticed user can't migrate from BS to any other reseller shows an error email already used.

so please bring that feature also with fix.
