Ring Feature for better customer support

In Twlk.to, I noticed a feature where an incoming message triggers a ringing sound until someone joins the chat. I want to implement a similar system where, if an agent is assigned or the user clicks 'Talk to a Human,' a ringing notification continues until an agent responds. The goal is to ensure prompt attention to user queries.
