Please bring a feature where customer will automatic assign randomly or specifically and admin can track which agent take how many time for query response

Automatic random assign is already available. You can set it either via bot settings from flow builder. Or you can use AI assistant to determine intent and assign to agent. Countdown isn't available yet. We will think about that in future. Thanks
