Add more filter in livechat

hello team, Right now live chat is really good. but one client found one major drawback as below. client made 10000+ broadcast and 500+ customer interacted now the issue is some of them have asked for actual query and many of them interacted with bot. now all conversation shows unread but want to filter our actual query. so i found in conversation we can see user, broadcast, bot and agent name check image https://prnt.sc/-rUxKC8AR4Iv so if i write user in search bar top of left it shows actual user message, if i write bot than shows bot replied conversation and accordingly broadcast. so please add filters User, Bot, Broadcast and by Agent in Live Chat. this will be very helpful. thanks
