Visible Responder Tags Feature

Currently, this information is visible only to administrators, but making it accessible to customers could significantly enhance the clarity and professionalism of our communications.

Thanks for your suggestion. We have actually already developed this feature by displaying label of subscribers in the live chat conversation list. In the next update we are going to release the feature.
