In intent detection you could add conditions "For example tags" to trigger bot flows and add an option without AI response to use intent detection as bot triggers.

It happens within a chat on the mobile version, at least on Android. The "typing" feature is activated even if bots are disabled.

Typing on can be enabled/disabled from 3 places. From Flow builder bot reply, AI Assistant and Shared Inbox settings. Otherwise typing on will not be enabled. Thanks
