🔥🔥 Transition to Unified Shared Inbox – Individual Live Chats to Be Removed
Unified Shared Inbox Update 📣 Important Update from BotSailor
Dear Valued BotSailor Users,
We’re pleased to inform you that the Unified Shared Inbox—which brings together WhatsApp 📱, Messenger 💬, Instagram DM 📸, Telegram ✈️, and Live Chat 💻—is now in its final and fully featured version.
Over time, we’ve added powerful enhancements to the Shared Inbox—features that were previously unavailable in the separate live chat modules. Our mission has always been to deliver a more seamless, centralized, and efficient experience for managing conversations across all channels.
To ensure a stable and streamlined platform, we will be phasing out the individual live chats for each channel. These older modules are no longer being updated and will be permanently removed in the next update. ⏳
We encourage all users to make the switch to the Unified Shared Inbox if you haven’t already. It’s more powerful, smoother to use, and will continue to receive new features and support. 🚀
As a bonus, the new Shared Inbox is available in both Light ☀️ and Dark 🌙 mode, so you can choose the interface that suits your working style. Dark mode helps reduce eye strain and is great for extended sessions!
Thank you for your continued support and for being an essential part of the BotSailor community. 💙
Warm regards,
The BotSailor Team

Hello. I just posted a thread reporting that Telegram botreply messages DO NOT appear in the shared chat. And they are considering removing the single chat, which works PERFECTLY.
The live chat works well when you use a few accounts, one WhatsApp account. But when you have 5 or 6 simultaneous accounts, each with its own settings and botreply, it leaves something to be desired; it's slow and unresponsive. Messages aren't marked as read when you receive messages while in the chat; you have to switch chats and that fixes it. Anyway, a major client uses the single WhatsApp chat, and their employees commented that the shared inbox is slow, and it is.
They should consider a shared live chat similar to the single ones for each channel, but one that can connect all channels. I understand that leaving both can be more work, but find a way to create a similar but shared one, allowing the user to define whether they need a shared inbox or not.
I would happily accept using shared chat, but it must be admitted that it needs to be addressed in some ways.
Admin.
@BS team you have to seriously make stable and proper UI for shared inbox first then only remove live chat.
and make sure everything works perfectly do testing with all channels because some of users only using telegram so you have to consider and fix for it.
also request to give at least 1 week to inform all old client we're moving to new shared inbox because 2 days is very less.
thanks

If you use the option to view all WhatsApp accounts, it doesn't even send a botreply. Unless you only have one WhatsApp account connected. It only works by selecting the WhatsApp account that has the botreply, and only then will it send it.
