Dear Team, I would like to start by commending the ongoing updates made to the Bot Sailor, which have been very positive. However, I’ve noticed that some feature requests from long-standing clients, such as myself, have not yet been addressed. It appears that new clients’ requests often receive quick attention, and I believe that balancing this approach would further enhance the experience for all users. In this regard, I would like to suggest a few specific improvements for the live chat system. Although I can use it without major issues, my clients have been highlighting the need for adjustments to provide an even more complete experience. Below are some of the suggestions: Integrated audio playback: Enable audio playback directly within the conversation without needing to open a new tab. Faster audio sending: Improve the speed of audio sending, making it easier to switch between conversations without risking sending messages to the wrong person. Playback controls: Add the option for audio playback on the same screen, with speed variations (1x, 2x). Performance optimization: Make the chat lighter and faster to better handle a high volume of interactions. These improvements would greatly assist our clients who manage a significant number of daily interactions, further enhancing the quality of support provided.
