It is very important to integrate Google sheets to the chatbot to fetch or retrieve data from google sheets to give specific value(s) to the user.

For example,

Google sheets with two columns (Department name & phone number).

The bot asks the user to select specific department of a company then google sheets sends one or two of the phone number(s) corresponding / matches to the selected department by the user.
