Follow-Up Setting in Live Chat for Customer Support

We would like to request the addition of a "Follow-Up Setting" feature within the Live Chat interface. This feature will greatly enhance our customer support capabilities by allowing support agents to set follow-up reminders and tasks directly within the chat interface.
Allow agents to set reminders to follow up with customers at a specified date and time.
