Subscriber quota settings by users

currently the team follows the user quota. Is it possible, there is a subsriber team quota setting by the user?.

Sorry but No. The team member is the part of main user. So team member isn't actually a different entity in broad sense. His all usage is covered by his Main user. So there is no way to do that.
