I would like to request a new search feature for the Shared Inbox. Currently searching conversations is limited making it difficult to locate specific chats that contain important information such as invoice numbers, order IDs, reference numbers, or any custom text entered during the conversation.
Requested feature:
Add an advanced search option that allows users to search conversations by specific keywords or text within the message history.
Example use cases:
• Search by invoice number (e.g., INV-10025)
• Search by order or reference number
• Search by customer-provided keywords
• Search by any specific word or phrase within the conversation
This feature would significantly improve productivity for support teams by reducing the time required to locate historical conversations and verify customer information.
I believe this would be a valuable enhancement for businesses that handle a large volume of customer conversations.
