Over the past months, BotSailor offered different promotional and custom discount codes to support early users and specific use cases.

As BotSailor continues to grow, we are moving toward a standardized and fair pricing model to ensure transparency, consistency, and equal treatment for all customers.

  • After 3 months (11st May,2026) , all current coupon codes will be permanently discontinued


  • Going forward, BotSailor will follow a single, official pricing structure for everyone

Thanks for the update and for explaining the reason behind the price change. We do understand that increasing the price for future development, platform stability and new features is important, and we genuinely appreciate the effort your team is putting into growing the platform.


At the same time we’d like to share a concern from the reseller side.


When we started the earlier pricing helped us bring clients onboard at affordable rates. Based on that, we’ve already committed pricing to our customers. A sudden increase makes it difficult for us, because we can’t easily revise prices for existing clients, and it directly affects our margins too.


The market is already quite competitive, with many resellers offering similar solutions. If prices increase too quickly it may impact both our business and client trust, and new customers may also hesitate to come through us.


We’re not saying a price increase shouldn’t happen we understand it’s necessary. We just request that you please consider resellers as well and try to revisit the pricing in a way that gives us some flexibility, like a revised reseller rate or a longer transition period.


We value our partnership and want to continue growing together in the long run. Hope you’ll understand our situation and consider this request.

Dear Team,


Thank you for your transparency regarding the upcoming pricing changes and the move toward a standardized pricing model.


As a reseller and long-term partner, I fully understand the need for sustainability, infrastructure improvements, and fair treatment across your customer base. We appreciate the growth and progress Platform has made over the years.


However, I would like to respectfully raise a serious concern regarding the impact of this decision on resellers like us.


What about the server down issue and poor performance of last 6-8 months due to that we all reseller/customer loss indirect/direct business/customer.. who is responsible for this?

Who is responsible for bug/issues still on platform?

Who is responsible for ignored improvement/posts that actually basic need to run whatsapp paltform that not implemented yet even our competitor have?


Last year, we were clearly informed that pricing for already claimed users would not be increased. Based on that commitment, we structured our own pricing, agreements, and long-term offers to clients. A sudden change now β€” especially one that effectively increases our costs by 3–4x β€” puts us in a very difficult position.


Unlike direct customers, resellers operate with pre-agreed margins and long-term client commitments. A significant and rapid increase of this scale cannot easily be passed on to existing clients without damaging trust, contracts, and business stability.


We completely respect the need for pricing alignment, but we kindly request consideration of one of the following options for reseller accounts:

  • Maintain legacy pricing for already claimed reseller accounts
  • Introduce a gradual, phased increase over a longer period like 5-15%
  • Provide a special reseller-tier structure to protect existing client commitments (Because many resellers i know sold Lifetime deal at very cheap cost based on your commitments)


We value our partnership with Platform and want to continue growing together. However, a sudden 3–4x cost increase creates substantial financial and operational strain on our side.


We sincerely hope there can be room for discussion and a mutually beneficial solution. (As reseller we are open to discussion on decrease your infrastructure cost as we already know you are paying without counting and this impacting directly us)

We understand that pricing changes can impact reseller planning and client commitments. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. Over the years, we have continued to support legacy pricing for reseller accounts, even as infrastructure, development, AI, compliance, and support costs increased significantly.


Many reseller accounts have already benefited from extended legacy rates far beyond the original pricing stage of the platform.

After extensive evaluation, we concluded that maintaining multiple historical pricing structures is no longer sustainable or fair β€” especially to new partners joining at standard rates.


The 3-month transition period is intended to provide sufficient time to adjust planning and communicate with clients. At this stage, the standardized pricing decision is final and applies uniformly to ensure long-term stability and fairness for the entire ecosystem.


We remain committed to supporting our reseller community and are open to discussing growth strategies under the updated structure.

A sudden price change makes it difficult to revise those commitments, impacts reseller margins, and can affect client trustβ€”especially in a highly competitive market where multiple resellers offer similar solutions. Rapid pricing changes may also slow new customer acquisition through reseller channels.

We fully agree that pricing evolution is necessary. Our request is to consider additional flexibility for resellers during the transition, such as:

  • A revised reseller rate or protected margin, and/or
  • A longer transition period for existing reseller-acquired customers.

We value our partnership and want to continue growing BotSailor’s footprint in the market sustainably. A reseller-friendly transition will help maintain trust with existing customers while supporting long-term growth for the platform.

I can understand you. However actually we are not changing price and the base price is already very consistent from years. We didn't changes any base pricing from a long time and not have desire to change any soon. What we are doing is removing very lower rate which is actually way cheap that we were providing for our old customers. Hope you understand.

we understand the recent price hike and the reasons behind it. However, a sudden increase in pricing, removal of the offer rate, or changes in features without prior notice creates challenges for our business. We have already committed to reasonable pricing with our customers based on the earlier structure.

We are currently facing customer discontinuation due to message storage limitations and some minor issues in the bots. Sudden changes further impact our stability and customer trust.

A gradual price increase or phased adjustment would be much more acceptable and manageable for us.
