BotSailor team please provide the ability to view the actual values of variables used in message templates, in the Shared Inbox and Live Chat view. Right now, customers receive the correct information, but on our side the message shows empty placeholders. This prevents us from verifying what was sent and tracking communication internally.


When a template uses variables such as customer name, order details, or other dynamic data, the team should see exactly what the customer received. This helps with:

• Internal review of messages sent

• Troubleshooting template or variable issues

• Maintaining accurate communication records
