#2016-Request for Support on WhatsApp Coexistence

Hello BotSailor Team,

As a white-label partner, I would like to request support for WhatsApp Coexistence—the ability to use the same WhatsApp number on both the Business App and the API simultaneously.

This feature is now officially supported by Meta through select Business Solution Providers (BSPs) like Interakt and has become a critical deciding factor for many of our clients.

One of the biggest concerns clients have when transitioning to API-only solutions is the potential loss of access to chats and contacts. WhatsApp Coexistence addresses this issue by allowing both channels to operate simultaneously, ensuring no data loss.

Introducing this option would be a significant advancement for BotSailor in future updates.

WhatsApp Coexistence is already available in BotSailor. Additionally, as a White Label partner, your customers can also import their Business app using the same functionality. Thanks, Konok

Yes it's get connected after an app update. BS team please fix this inside BS even i re-onboarded same permission with catalogue still not visible in panel so unable to manage orders.

Yes! When i took about catalog i did that. But at BS don't show the catalog!
