The new package's message limit to the user's remaining credits (e.g., 100 remaining + 300 new = 400 total) cannot be implemented.  The API only provides a way to reset the usage need API for update the massage credit system like if someone have remaining credit 100 then after buying package which have limit 300 he will get 300+100 = 400 credit
