#2009-Unable to use Plan addons

This is very confusing.
Can you explain this using the following cases:
Plan: Unlimited WhatsApp Webhook Workflow
Case 1:
I want to sell an addon on a monthly basis @ X price
On a yearly basis, @ Y price
How to achieve this?
Case 2:
What is the use of variation? it does not show when assigning the addon, nor does it show on the website.
What a variation mean basically is when I am creating an addon Unlimited WhatsApp Webhook Workflow, variation mean I can create variations for quarterly/half half-yearly/yearly. So that at the time of assigning the addon, I can select which addon and which variation to assign.
Additionally:
How will I know if any of my customers' add-ons are expiring? I want my customers and myself to know so that if a customer is on a yearly plan, and an addon is bought for 1 month, we both should see it somewhere that it is expiring or has already expired. So that we can pitch our client to renew.
When I am trying to create an addon for the Connect Account module, it is giving an error saying the addon already exists for this module, but actually I do not have any such module (maybe I created it in the past and then deleted).
I want to create the following Add-ons, but I am unable to understand how to do it.
- 1 Additional Account (module: connect account)
- valid for 1 month
- valid for 3 months
- valid for 6 months
- valid for 1 year
- valid for lifetime
- Same as above: for 2/3/4/5 Additional accounts
- Same as above for Webhook Workflows
Important Questions:
- How to renew the expiring or expired addon plan?
- How to know which customer has which addon plan expiring or already expired?
- How customer will know his addon is expiring or has already expired?
