We need a built-in CRM system that directly connects Facebook instant forms with our platform. This should allow users to automatically capture Facebook leads, manage WhatsApp broadcasts and notifications for incoming leads, and eliminate the current dependency on third-party CRMs which lack outbound webhook options for WhatsApp API integration.
