We are Triggering the WhatsApp Pay message from externally , once user paid in Common Webhook Notifications not getting WhatsApp Pay's success webhook, kindly enable that

We only asking , they not even replying to this post, shared in live chat aswell, but no luck for this

This is important , i am asking around 1 month , send message to live chat, support team , forum -> all 3 but no response from your side

it will not take even 5 minutes , in webhook u just needs to allow the payload for WhatsApp pay thats it

why did you guys not providing this

We already provide an option to receive webhook responses when payments are received via WhatsApp Pay. If you require further assistance or clarification, please let us know.

if the payment message is send from your end ( catalog ) then getting the data in webhook , but i am saying that we are manually triggering a whatsapp pay message ( using direct cloud api ) to collect payment but once they paid we can't get any information in webhook ,

why i am asking this

we have build a chatbot for appointment booking for one clinic , once appointment booked automatically the payment message will send ( based on treatment , doctor chosen and various factors the charges would be differ ) once user paid we need to get that payment information to confirm their appointment

hope now this is understandable
