Separate Options for Connecting Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Accounts In Package

We have a small feature request that would really help us and our white-label partners. Currently, there is only one option to connect accounts, and many of our partners charge their customers based on the number of WhatsApp accounts connected. But since there is no restriction, some customers are misusing this by connecting 3 WhatsApp accounts instead of 1 WhatsApp, 1 Facebook, and 1 Instagram (as per the plan). We request you to please add separate options for connecting: WhatsApp Facebook Instagram This way, access can be restricted properly and customers can only use what they’ve paid for. It will really help white-label providers manage accounts better and avoid misuse. Thanks a lot for your support and understanding!

Team BS, Don't you think this should be implemented? shall we keep bearing this loss? where customer will misuse access given for facebook & instagram but uses whatsapp which is our core profit?

Currently our system even for our end users also function like that it's calculate total number of connecting bot inconsideration of individual channel. However as it seems like necessary we will implement it future. Thanks

This is very necessary.

I propose unifying the option to connect accounts for each channel. It should show a summary of connected accounts and the available account slots for each channel based on the active plan.

If all the slots for each channel are occupied, disable the connection button.

I would like to suggest an improvement related to managing connected accounts on the platform. Currently, each integration adds its own item to the side menu, which ends up making the platform look cluttered and, in some cases, even confusing.

My suggestion is to create a single menu option called “Connect Account”, where it would be possible to manage all connected accounts in one place.

This would allow offering an organized omnichannel chat experience to customers. Additionally, it would enable providing full automation only for WhatsApp, while other platforms would have access exclusively to the chat/shared messaging feature.

I believe this change would bring a much cleaner, more efficient, and scalable experience for both us and our customers.
