#1729-Package editor: Be able to disable "Subscriber Manager"

Hi! I want to request to add an option to disable the "Subscriber Manager" tabs from the package options: @prnt.sc.../4FhZYcJlzmR3. Since I dont want to customer be able to download his whatsapp leads numbers on the "free plan", instead I wantg to force him to upgrade to paid plan. Thanks
