Need to see API messages report and messages

Hello Team, My clients are asking to show the API message in the chat window. Objective: - What I understand is they want to see if their messages are sending or not - if the message content is correct or not - How many API messages are being sent - Any other related information Possible Solution: In the chat window, give a tab just like "Unread" or "Archived" -- it can be "API". In this filter, show all chats that have messages sent via API. Enhancements: Further to make it more usable, we can have a filter at the top to select the message template and filter chats as per the selected template, which has a message with that message. Alternative Solution: Give a module "API Logs", show all message logs here and give an option to open a chat window on the same page (in the chat window, show only one message which is sent in this API request). Additionally, a button to open full chat can be given.

This is a very crucial feature.


Right now, a lot of templates are converting to Marketing type which earlier used to get approved under utility. For example, birthday wishes and reminders.


Any such messages sent from third-party platforms like CRM, remains in suspense whether the message has been delivered or not.


Having a separate API messages report section has become more essential than ever.


How should it work [SUGGESTION]:

There should be a new page for API Messages logs which should at least show Number Sent From, Subscriber Number, Sent Datetime, Delivered/Failed/Read Reports (like in campaign), button to open a chat window for that subscriber




Additional Enhancements

1) Send Message API: Return a message ID

2) NEW API - Delivery Report API: Accept message ID as a parameter and return the delivery report for that message
