Hi team. I think that an option to select chats and then mark them as read, unread, etc. is interesting. Sometimes there are many unread messages, and in my business, I personally sometimes do not need to read all the messages, and I need to keep an order in the unread tray. When there are many, there is no other option than to open 1 to 1 quickly. Thanks.
