shared inbox canned response message not sync with live chat

created canned message of whatsapp live chat not showing in shared inbox live chat. It is bit hectic to do copy paste again and again. Either provide a option to import export or sync live chat canned responses in shared team inbox as well. Also, long back ago requested that. Add a option to create canned message with image, you even promised for it but forget it completely. Please do it, it is must required.

Canned response seems working fine in shared inbox . Would you please provide screenshot or short video where its not showing ? And for Image, Sorry for the delay, but we are working on many things on that time. It will also come in future as soon as possible. Regards
