We encourage you to use our Omnichannel Shared Inbox, which provides a more unified and efficient way to manage conversations across multiple channels. If you haven’t already explored the Shared Inbox, now is the perfect time to get familiar with it. We believe this change will improve your workflow and make communication more seamless. Hola Porfavor, al tener varios bots de WhatsApp (o cualquier plataforma) muestra todos los chat sin identificar a que bot corresponde cada uno. Para ello tengo que filtrar específicamente por bot para saber exactamente a cual corresponde un chat. El botón de entrar al chat no funciona. Se espera una respuesta con mayor fluides, en tiempo real. Como WhatsApp web.

I think Don't remove the singel channel, and try to add option customer can select he need Omni channel or multichannel on his setting Singel channel is very useful for us

You are right... allow customer to choose and instead of new shared inbox old chat was really good and UI friendly.. i will suggest keep old chat and give an option of shared inbox into that;.

Yes the design is not as good as single channel and the message content is not formated properly. Fix everything and provide flexibility to use both

Instead of removing, Allow users to choose any one of them from settings. If you still Decide to remove then please fix everything in shared inbox before removing single channel. Currently UI isn't that much good, it's too bright. Make it better and add dark mode if possible. Also join chat isn't working sometimes randomly.
