Why doc were not updated yet ??

I’ve submitted multiple tickets regarding the fact that both the Botsailor and WhiteLabel documentation for Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Web Chat have not been updated yet. However, we continue to pay significant charges every month. Are you really listening to our concerns?

Do you believe our customers will be happy when we charge them but fail to provide proper documentation? These unresolved issues are causing us to lose customers, and if we lose them, you will lose as well. Software is ineffective unless proper documentation is provided.

Alternatively, can you give us the option to update the docs ourselves? At least then we would be able to keep everything up to date.

Provide a our own URL Adding option for Docs , Register , Policy Pages,

Its just a Basic thing Only @botsailor , But I also Created multiple Forum request and mentioned in Live chat, But No Reponse for this

It help us to reduce junk registrations , better support and Define our own Policies

Hmm now they are focusing on video and blogs may be that's reason not updated dcos.

Sorry that we still couldn't able to provide Facebook Instagram or webchat documentation yet. We are working on it and hopefully we will soon provide these.
