Hello Team,
Compared to before, there have been lots of updates, which is great for live chat. If possible, kindly consider bringing the following options to enhance the live chat experience:
1. Bulk Attachment Sending: Currently, if we want to send 10 images, we need to send them one by one. Kindly implement an option for sending multiple images or videos at once.
2. Drag & Drop Attachment: Similar to the native web version of WhatsApp, it would be great if we could drag and drop an image or video directly into the chat window. This should allow for a preview and an easy send option, providing a seamless experience like web WhatsApp.
3. Notification Sound on Mobile: When logged in on mobile and keeping live chat open, the notification sound for new messages is not working. As a result, we have to open the app repeatedly to check for new messages, leading to delays in responses. Kindly address this issue to ensure notification sounds work properly on mobile.
4. Notifications for Assigned Chats: Currently, we need to refresh the page to check if any chat has been assigned. Kindly provide a notification system to alert team members whenever a chat is assigned to them.

Some feature like notification in phone will need to do mobile application, which we will do it as soon as possible as we have plan on it.

Agree, Also add one more thing. Add a option attach media files in canned response. As of now canned response only support text, but if it is having media then it will be much helpful. Every time need to add media file manually, it takes time and also your storage waste to upload same file again and again
