Hello team, This is must required feature earlier i told on your support number than i forgot. Again i got this @prnt.sc.../wwyBMOqaDa4y check feature on given link. Using jump to option user can go back to element option we have defined in chatbot. at this time we can choose an element of the current flow. along with this provide an option of Go back menu.
