Is it possible to implement this from the platform? including a web service to check availability? @developers.facebook.com.../appointments-with-whatsapp-flows
its already available check WhatsApp flows.

Nope they implemented flow without end point but booking form is possible with end point.

Right now flow form is very limited.. so appointment booking is not posisble
