We are pleased to announce that we have implemented an alternative method for sending media templates via WhatsApp. Previously, we used a link property from our storage server to send media. However, to ensure faster and more consistent delivery, we have switched to using the ID property. This new process involves uploading the file directly to WhatsApp and using the corresponding media ID for sending.

Due to this significant change, our codebase has been extensively modified. We kindly ask that you re-upload any media files used in existing bot flows and other areas in the flow builder to ensure proper functionality. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to resolve the critical issues we've encountered.

We are confident that this update will improve the reliability and speed of media deliveries, including templates, broadcasts, and live chat interactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance your experience with BotSailor.
