Currently we don't have option to block subscribers. We need to this option to block subscribers from not getting message from him which will help us to decrease use of message credit limit. Thanks

Currently, there is no automated option to block subscribers based on specific messages. You will need to block the subscriber manually from the Shared Inbox.

Is there any way to set up a bot where we can define keywords and based on those specific subscribers are automatically moved to one of the following actions?
- Mark as Archived
- Block User
- Delete Subscriber
