Currently we don't have option to block subscribers. We need to this option to block subscribers from not getting message from him which will help us to decrease use of message credit limit. Thanks

We are considering it to block subscribers that their message will not be seen in live chat and that will decrease the message credit limit use for our PPU users. Thanks

Dear User,

Currently, there is no automated option to block subscribers based on specific messages. You will need to block the subscriber manually from the Shared Inbox.
