When we use button there is a way to add labels. but it is not available in case of list. please let me know if there is any way to add labels to list options.
We have successfully implemented the feature to add labels to list options. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.
Also, there is not an option to start a new bot in case of list items, which is there for button.
