Provide more flexibility to configure the questions asked during appointment booking.
Date and Time should remain mandatory fields, while other questionnaire fields should be optional/configurable.
The admin should be able to:
- Select which questions should be asked.
- Mark questions as optional or mandatory where applicable.
- Create custom questions.
- Remove questions that are not relevant.
- Reorder questions based on the business requirement.
For an appointment booking flow:
Mandatory:
- Appointment Date
- Appointment Time
Optional/Custom:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Reason for Appointment
- Preferred Doctor
- Location
- Any Custom Question
The business should be able to decide which questions are required based on their use case.
This will make the Appointment Booking feature more flexible and allow different businesses to create booking flows according to their specific requirements.
