Add an option to configure an automatic reminder message when creating a follow-up reminder for a user.
When an agent/AI creates a follow-up reminder, they should have an option to select or configure a reminder template.
Example:
User says:
"Call me after 5 days."
The system creates a follow-up reminder for 5 days later.
On the scheduled date:
- The configured reminder template is automatically sent to the user.
- The internal team/agent can also receive a notification/reminder.
- The reminder should be triggered automatically based on the configured follow-up date and time.
"Hi {{name}}, just a quick reminder regarding our conversation. We're connecting with you today as requested."
This removes the need for agents to manually check the follow-up list and send reminder messages.
