Hi,

Let's say we're having 100 clients & we've launched plans just like yours.

We're buying credits from you & giving credits to our clients keeping X% margin.

Sometimes it happens 20% of clients is using portal like anything & their usage goes way beyond high as compare to other clients and we come to know when in our admin panel shows sudden rise in Message Credit %.

Problem : We've to go to User manager & click on Usage Log button in front of each active client to check their usage logs & clicking 100 buttons & checking their usage is very long, boring & most importantly non-productive work.

Purpose of checking usage of client is to track the productivity of each client & also as the opportunity where we can offer more service.

Feature requet : Hence it would be great help for us as a admin if we can have a single screen where you can show us usage log of all the clients on single screen in table or graph format. As an admin it'll be very much helpful to us to track which client is using credit very aggressively & who are not using it efficiently. So that we can call those respective clients & take necessary action.

I hope it'll make sense to you. Feel free to reach out to us if needed more brainstorming.

Thanks.

Dear Mohit Shah,

Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing this feature request.

We completely understand the use case and how having a centralized usage dashboard could make it much easier to monitor message credit consumption across all clients, especially for reseller/agency accounts.

We will discuss this requirement with our development team and evaluate the feasibility and possibility of implementing such a feature. Once we have an update from the team, we will let you know accordingly.

We appreciate your valuable suggestion and the detailed feedback.

Thank you.
