I loss few customers due to "unable to delete message". So I'd like to request a new feature: the ability to delete messages within the Botsailor chat inbox.
Use case: Our clients' staff occasionally send wrong or duplicate messages and need to remove them from the conversation.
Requested behaviour:
• Delete individual messages from the agent side
• Optionally delete on the customer's WhatsApp side
• Permission-based access for agents
