Hello BS Team,


We would like to request an enhancement in the Shared Inbox to improve chat management and response efficiency.


Proposed feature:

Introduce Active tab within the Shared Inbox: This tab should display only chats that are within the 24 hour customer service window. These are the conversations where replies can still be sent without restrictions.


At the moment all chats are shown together. This makes it difficult to quickly identify which conversations are still actionable within the 24 hour window. It slows down response time and impacts team productivity.


We have seen similar functionality in other service provider dashboards, which makes chat handling more structured and efficient.


Please let us know if this feature can be considered and added to your product roadmap.
