Currently, the “When user press the button” action is only available for Quick Reply buttons. This limitation prevents us from using List Buttons to trigger actions like connecting to another flow or system default actions.
Request:
Please extend support for the “When user press the button” action to List Buttons as well.
Why this matters:
This would allow greater flexibility in designing flows, improve user journey handling and enable more advanced automation use cases using List Buttons.
Expected Outcome:
List Buttons should support the same actions as Quick Reply buttons, including “When user press the button” and the ability to trigger flows or system actions.
