We are facing critical issues with the current ChatGPT 5 Nano model.
Despite using structured prompts, the AI:
- Does not follow scripts reliably
- Breaks step flow
- Gives inconsistent and irrelevant replies
This has already caused loss of high-intent leads and affected our sales performance.
Additionally, we are unable to use our own AI API without losing key features (image and audio handling). This effectively forces us to use BotSailor AI tokens, even when the model does not meet our needs.
We urgently request one of the following:
- Access to a more reliable model (e.g., GPT-4o or equivalent), or
- Allow use our own AI API usage without disabling core features (enable photo and audio recognition) or
- A solution to ensure strict prompt and flow control with the current model
This issue is time-sensitive as we are running active campaigns.
If unresolved, we may need to reconsider our platform choice.
