Hi, now you have provided lot's of amazing API Options to Check the message delivery API , Outgoing Message send to API

By Utilitising this Feature , we are required Bot Reply Fetch API where needs to get the Bot ID , Bot Name , Bot Trigger id ( for template button trigger ) this

we from external software we can trigger the chatbot , no need to manually copy paste the Bot ID , Bot Trigger ID -- instead if give a API to fetch means we will easily integrate in our CRM

Any update on this, To Send a Template Message from our CRM it’s Complicated to Copy paste the button text , if This API Available means it would be Great to Send Template Message from our Panel
